What is MailReach?
MailReach is an email deliverability tool built around two products: automated email warmup and a spam test (inbox placement checker). The warmup builds, repairs and maintains sender reputation by having your mailbox exchange human-like conversations with a network of high-reputation Google Workspace and Office 365 inboxes. It warms the address along with its domain and IP.
The spam tester shows where your emails land by provider. You can run tests by hand or schedule them, with alerts sent to Slack or webhooks. It also checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists, links and spam words. A Co-pilot feature reviews your content and sending activity, and an Email Verifier cleans address lists.
MailReach works with any provider that supports SMTP, including Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, SendGrid, Mailgun and Amazon SES. It is aimed at B2B senders: founders, sales teams, lead gen and recruitment agencies, and deliverability consultants.
