What is FineProxy?
FineProxy sells HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 proxies from its own ASN. It has a pool of more than 100,000 IPv4 addresses. You can buy shared datacenter IP packages, dedicated single IPs, static ISP addresses, or a rotating pool that bills in API credits. Traffic is unmetered, and the company lists speeds of up to 500 Mbit/s per endpoint.
Access works through an IP allowlist, with optional login and password. Proxy lists export as CSV, TXT or JSON. A REST API and a native MCP server each cover 49 operations, so scripts and AI agents can buy, renew, rotate IPs, manage allowlists and pull invoices. Permission scopes and confirmation steps limit what an agent can spend or cancel.
The service fits teams that run bots, monitoring or scraping and need IPs in volume. Users whose targets check the ASN can choose the ISP option. FineProxy says it has served proxies since 2011.

Use cases
Who it's for
Bots and monitoring at scale
Shared datacenter packages starting at 100 IPs give you many addresses for automated tasks at a low cost per IP.
ASN-sensitive targets
Static ISP proxies use addresses registered to an internet provider, for sites that check the ASN.
Agent-driven proxy management
Through the MCP server or REST API, AI agents can buy, renew and rotate IPs, with permission scopes limiting spending.
Per-request rotation
The rotating pool assigns a new IP on each request and bills in credits.
