What is 10 Minute Mail?
10 Minute Mail gives you a temporary email address in your browser that deletes itself after 10 minutes. You don't register. You open the site, copy the generated address and use it wherever a sign-up form asks for an email. Incoming messages show up on the same page.
If you need more time, a "Give me 10 More Minutes" button resets the countdown, and you can press it repeatedly. When the timer runs out, the address and its messages are deleted. The site says messages are kept only in memory and never written to disk, and that it does not log IP addresses. The service describes itself as running since 2006.
It suits one-off sign-ups such as free trials, newsletters, Wi-Fi hotspot logins and gaming or social accounts you won't need to recover. The vendor advises against using it for banking or any account you may need to recover later.
